Let the work begin ill post some pictures along the way

All torn Down
We took the supercharger intake. And upper plenum off as a assembly
Which is mint only 8 bolts holding it down
We did anticipate trouble so we did remove the intake cover but we did not need to
We used a piece of braided 70lb fishing line and 2 pices of wooden dowel
To remove the intake cover that wss my sons idea
Worked so well took literally 2 min with no damage to the powder coat :)
Now on to the injectors and wires

Extra idle pulley completed
I will clean up the edges after tuning in case I need to change something

I like it, but is there any room to bring that pulley farther down around the PS pulley? It looks like there isn't much wrap on that PS pulley.

You are correct I will move it if I it's a problem I bought enough steel to make another one if I mess this one up re drilling
It took like five trips to Napa to find that belt that fit
So I hope its fine
My son said the same as you

From lasota e mail ......
Be sure the MAF is in as straight a section as you can fit. DO NOT use reducers near the MAF. Keep bends away from the MAF. If your car is not 100% and we begin to tune it and you correct the issues, then there may be additional tuning charges if we have to start from scratch again.

So the Maf is 4 inches
I tried to fix this problem I had
With a reducers and a bend
I hope y'all approve
This is. What I come up with on short notice ......so I don't get charged more ...
It fits under the hood
Everything is 4 inch aluminum pipe I used a hack saw and a tape measure
I bought a 90 degree bend and a piece of straight pipe and some couplers the throttle body couppler is 4" to 3.5"

It looks about as good as you can make it to me. There is a nice long strech of straight pipe after the MAF with little reasons to develop turbulence in the MAF.

Looks good to me, but I would work towards enclosing the air filter and sucking cooler air from outside the engine bay. That will help keep IAT down.

I'm getting there
My startup tune didn't work
Hope I did not mess anything up
