P0430 code + P2196 and P2198

So I recently got the p0430 code but also get p2196 and p2198 . Everywhere I read people only get the p0430 but I’m getting 3 codes . So my question is do I replace the Cat and O2 sensors or will it just be an O2 sensor issue?? Thank you

Another with the 3 codes was quoted in this post but I don't know if will be of any help. P2196 and P2198...what to check
Replacing a sensor would likely be the least expensive way to go if no one can pinpoint the actual problem.

I would clear codes and see what comes back first before replacing anything. Do you notice any issue?

Erased already and says p0430 is permanent issue. And no issues just fuel consumption is bad
