Well, it looks like I will need to replace my 2017 PIU driver's side headlight assembly, is has to many broken tabs. The problem is that the headlight part #'s listed on the dealership websites don't match anything that is written on my headlight. The one thing I do know is that is says Wig Wag on it, see attached pics.
My part# appears to be fb53-13006-fn, which doesn't seem to exist in a google search. By build date is 7/1/2017.
It looks like you can get relatively cheap "housings" for police explorers (part# FB5Z13008AH) that appear to be black for about $265 and are stated to be for the police model. Or you can get one for about $727. the states it for a PIU. Not sure what is correct.
I assume that you will need to transfer your electrical parts (except for the led) from your assembly to the new one.

Here is my concern. Because mine is a wig wag light, will my headlights still work? Is that "amplifier" a wig wag only usage? for that matter, how do you turn on the wig wag? I assume that is from the controller, mine came with a Whelen Cantrol.
Bottom line is this, I am considering buying two new black housing lights, and selling my wig wag light to try and recoup most of my costs of the new headlights.
