2013 PIU Rear Impact Cross Bar Support Bolts

I've been searching these past threads for a while with no luck: I am trying to find the specs on the bolts that hold down the cross bar in the back of my PIU. If anyone has a link or more information or clues as to how I can find these bolts (or their specifications) I'd appreciate it. Ive found the bar itself for sale on Ford OEM sites but not the bolts themselves. Thanks in advance.

I'd use a caliper to get the diameter of the threaded hole, then pick the next barely larger metric whole number size, and a depth gauge to figure out how long a bolt will fit, and Ford probably used a flange bolt but you wouldn't "have" to. I'd imagine it's hardened.

There is a how-to topic about this, including a bolt part #, but not sure if this assumes reusing the seat bracket bolts or even if that's the size of all the bolts or not.
