I bought a 2019 PIU that came with armored doors. While we love the cool factor of the armor, the door cards don't sit right and both the interior and exterior window seals (Ford parts dept called them Window Runners) don't reach the glass and cause road noise and allow water to run down into the door. Has anyone else dealt with replacing the window seals or come up with a way to better seal this with Angel Armor in the door?
I also wondered if anyone had the steps on how to remove the exterior window trim as I'm heading up to the pick-a-part next week and wouldn't mind trying out some replacements in case these have simply lost their elasticity.
