Hi Guys, Check engine light popped up a few weeks back now with P0443 and voltages to purge valve seemed fine so I replaced valve. Was OK for a few days but code popped back up and now included all the O2 sensor heater circuits (picture attached). I'm thinking there may be a wiring fault somewhere does anyone have a wiring diagram for these to see if there is a common wire to look at or any other suggestions welcome
Thanks in advance

I have a similar situation on my 2010 Explorer. When the gas tank is full, the check engine light comes on and gives me anEGR code and a Purge Valve Code. I reset the light and when we hit a half tank mark, it seems to come back on. I have the truck at a friends auto garage and they tested and smoke tested for hours. Had 3 people checking for smoke and could not find any. He tested all of the switches and valves and found no issues. I looked on line and a guy said a customer spent over $2,000 to have there car diagnosed and they found nothing, but the check engine light kept coming on. He found a tiny crack in the fuel pump when he smoke the car he was diagnosing. Extremely minuscule bubbles at the top of fuel pump. he was working on a Honda and there is a door in the floor to get to the pump. He change out the fuel pump on the Honda and the problem went away. I thought, what the heck, maybe that's my problem. I changed out the fuel pump and still have the same problem. I also now have the issue of the fuel gauge not reading correctly. I'm thinking about changing or cleaning the EGR valve since that is the first code. My friends shop said they did that (cleaned it). I'm at a loss as to what to look for or do. Anyone else had this problem. Sounds like me and Jez141 have a similar issue. Thanks

I had these codes for purge valve and all four O2 sensor’s its most probably a problem with the ECU before that check fuse 42, if its not the fuse or the wiring then most probably you have a bad ecu.

That sounds expensive.

I have, if I drive with the CEL on for a while before resetting, yes I have gotten some 02 sensor codes. I don't think any of the sensors are bad. I was reading on one of the forums and it said to unplug the pcm and wash the plug with Dawn dish soap and water and let it dry. That seems to have cleared it up for a lot of guys. It just seems odd that it comes on with a full tank, reset and then it comes on with 1/2 tank. Very strange.
