Hello everyone,
About a month into owning my 2021 Ford Explorer Limited the moon roof shade cover came off the tracks. I have been keeping it open at all times cause it looks horrible closed, doesn't cover it well and can be like opening a 1990s convertible when wanting to open it again. My question is, has anyone replaced one on their own? I have been unable to find any guides on how to do it and the dealer wants to charge $3k to replace it as it is one of the items outside my extended warranty.
