So I could get these rims for $100 for all 4 of them. Here's a photo with them on the X that was made by Section525. Thanks man.

Tell me what ya think, like or don't like.

NICE:D

nothing, i just wanted something other than stock and lookign into these. what ya think Robb?

and ther's the X in stock wheels. thanks Robb for being honest.

looks a lot better, i have the same stock rims and dont really care for them

NP Dave...................and I think section525 gave ya a couple more inches of lift. Is the lift the same in both pics?

Robb

Keep the stock rims or get something else that is polished or chromed. The black ones look goofy with the color of your truck.

keep the stock ones and pain the "inside" little things to match your truck.

That's a good idea too...

lift is the same robb. paint what expo?

The stock ones DO look better with your colour....And Expo means paint the inside edges(not the face) of the spokes on your wheel.

88Vert has painted wheels, check them out for reference.....

yeah i agree.. they don't look as good on your color truck. the stock look better to me too. i think the black crawlers look good on darker vehicles.

I also think lighter rims look better on your rig. The black ones look really good on mine though ;)

I like the black look as well, just do what you like!! :-)

yeah, i meant i would paint the inside face of your wheels to match body color. I have been considering doing this on my stock rims before i run them next winter and i think it will give a really cool sort of retro street truck look on my truck, what do you guys think?

also on a offroad truck it will look good but not so much in the retro way it would on mine. it will just look a bit better than stock, but you won't have to worry about them as much as good aftermarket ones while also getting better performance than you'd get from those crappy rockcrawler rims (there's nothing wrong with them for many applications, but as long as your driving on the street primarily you will get slightly more out of the stock alloys)

well this summer i'm doing a 2"BL and gettting some rock sliders. if i get the wheel witch i think i will b/c i like the way they look and that's what matters. after they are on i'll paint the grey plastic to black and that should make it look better and add black to the X. there's a good bit of black already on there. underbody is all black, rack and some other things.

ROCKCRAWLERS BABY!!!!

it's all about black steelies. that's what i'm getting - no matter what color your truck is. (mine is black though)
makes it look like a true off roader. even better with bead locks!

my old wrangler tj used to sit on alloys and it looked too beverly hills

(personally i'd mount the tires white side in, makes the tire look slightly bigger also ;-)
