Hi, I've got a 92 4.0. When i accelerate it feels like its missing slightly. it idles very smooth, under gentle acceleration it's ok, a little flat maybe, and alot of pinging but no missing yet untill you give it gas, that's when it holds back and misses. Any ideas?????????

How the Hell do ya remove the front door hinges from the body? Or is this yet another one of FORDS poor designs!?

pump gears.... that sounds logical, when i check the fluid level with the engine off i made a note of the level on the stick and made another note of the level with the engine running and the level bearly droped so it's got to have somthing to do with the pump...?
