Hi steveooflahonda, That indicates you're not getting a good GPS signal and it'll need to be diagnosed and corrected by your dealership. Unfortunately, I can't speculate on what exactly is causing this, but generally a SYNC or map update won't correct this. Let me know how it goes! Rebecca
