Look up the manual for the phone and see if there is a way to do a factory reset. That should wipe the phone clean. You'll have to re-add your contacts after. Rebecca

A fuse pull may fix this if it's not a settings issue but I would check your MFT phone settings first. Try this: PHONE > SETTINGS > PHONE RINGER Make sure your ringer isn't set to Silent. Rebecca
