I've got a drop pitman arm on mine. My links aren't quite parallel, but that will be fixed sometime. Here is a pic to show the links and pitman arm. I either want to raise the trac bar on the axle side or get a shorter pitman arm. The suspension is also drooped out from being high centered.

Anything is possible, but...this would be a MAJOR project. A lot of custom parts and money. If you do it, be sure to post pictures. Good luck. Oh, and I suppose your board name wouldn't fit you if you didn't ask something like this eh? :D

Should we plan a "be there by, or peace out" time? So if someone doesn't show by 9:30 (example, but a good time to), we leave for the trail? That way we're not waiting for anyone who might not be coming.

Oh, and yes, this is why I like black. The green breaks it up. You should be able to push the roof back out pretty easily.

I'm not on the way for you. Coming down by me would add a lot of travel time to your day. Last year we all met at a parking lot right off the freeway (2 minutes from show) and carpooled from there. You're route = purple My route = blue

Glad you're keeping it SX. There are a lot around here that have been converted (Silvia front and tail lights), but I like the looks of the SX. One of my buddies in high school (13/14 years ago...yikes) had an SX that looked just like yours (wheels and stance) except it was that deep...

Here is an idea from a non-need-for-speed guy (in my explorer anyway) and offroader. Depending on the type of wheeling you do is how you should set this up. Do you haul ass down dirt roads, or do you keep it in 4lo for climbing stuff? Haulin' ass down the dirt road/washes I would go for...

I'd wait until you get the bigger tires to put both gears and lockers in. Like Cougar said, it will be expensive twice if you don't.

With a zuk or are you towing stic's ride?

Shackles connect the rear of the leaf springs to the frame, so behind the tires.

Some people just build new radius arm mounts to accommodate the new width. Search through some of the SAS swaps in this forum and you should find something that will help. You could also probably get new radius arms that will let you use the existing mounts. Good luck.
