I havnt forgotten about the cage.. fab guy was backed up. goes down this weekend. all i need to do to get it ready is get the pass side seat belt anchor bolt out. tried everything.. not the head is stripped.. stupid torx bits- Four0Sport

I cant keep a rod end on the frame side of the trac bar to save my life.. I literally ran a ruffstuff rod end 2 months (3 times out) and already knocking. Would a poly bushing be better on that side? I think it might be. problem is I cannot find a 1.75" poly bushing with a threaded rod end...- Four0Sport

Bkennedy's SAS and Rebuild Thread
I didn't adjust the rod or replace master cylinders when I did the rear disc axle swap and never really had an issue until I went with 35s.. now I get a little creep on a steep hill if im not fully depressing the pedal. May swap in a 95+ master cylinder if/when I do the 5.0 swap.- Four0Sport

open carrier to elocker or trac-loc ?
I had an aussie in my 8.8 and I wasnt a big fan.. sure the traction was there but at the time of having it I still daily drove my truck and never could get use to the on road manners. I swapped in a LS disc brake rear, havnt had any issues. with that being said.. now that the truck is 80%...- Four0Sport

if you hit the switch to turn it back on do the lights come on? cycle the switch from 4hi, to 4lo (while in neutral), and back to 2hi. then drive straight back for approximately 20 feet. if you still have this issue you will need to get under the truck, unbolt the shift motor from the...- Four0Sport

AWD Engaging or Trans Issue?
I had a similar issue with my AWD Explorer, it was torque converter shudder.. only happened when getting on the throttle or letting off the throttle when the vehicle was at a cruising speed and the lock up was engaging/disengaging. sshh dont tell anyone but i threw an additive in there and it...- Four0Sport
