I have a 92 Explorer XLT with 105,000 miles, and 31x10.50's. When i first got the vehicle in August it was getting 18+ miles per gallon. The gas mileage has gotten progressively worse since that time. I am now getting around 10mpg (city) and about 13mpg highway. What could be causing this...

I'm sure this has been asked a MILLION times before but.... I know 31 X 10.50's wil fit on a stock explorer. But if i go to a 3" body lift alone can i clear 33" X 12.50's with 15X8 rims offset 3.7??? if not is there an inexpensive suspension lift i can combine with a 2'' or 3" lift to fit...
