Hey ya'll I'm going to be putting a 4.6 I got out of an older police interceptor model crown vic into my ranger. Here's what we have thus far:

My $600 truck. 2004 with 217k highway miles, was a U.S. water truck and my step mother is hr for them so she got it for that price. Just fixed the radiator tank for $175 installed and she runs like new except for a little slip from 2nd to 3rd when cold.

It was my first vehicle so it had that sentimental feel lol. The black one had a 5spd and only 65k miles on it, bought it for 3200. Installed a Flowmaster 40 on it and a header that I snagged off a 2.3 liter mustang. :thumbsup:

Go for either some Pioneer, Infinity, or Kicker Type-S speakers. For an amp I would buy this.

That's true, I never noticed a power gain from the 40.

Believe me it wont be hard to differentiation what is bent and whats normal.

Noooo Flowmaster 40 or bust. I had a 93 Ranger with a 90hp 4 banger and it sounded as meaty as the 4.0

The only time my air works is if it's all the way on, or all the way off. Is there some sort of switch or relay that is behind the dash that I could replace?

The sticker shouldn't be on the inside of the window so don't worry about the tint.

Never thought of that. Since I live in St. Pete we have the same weather conditions. I'll try a 5w first to see if it runs any different or gets better mileage.

Vinyl seats and some type of work truck rubber flooring. I just spray it out when I clean it.

I used a hair dryer to remove my decals on my first truck, it was a Splash model with the stock rainbow colored pin striping lol. Works well on paint I never thought of using it on the windows.

Plastic razor blade, Goo-gone and a lot of scraping basically.
