Alec... BBK should supply you with everything you need to install their product properly. If they don't supply you with a aux fuel pump then either the chip compensates(by possibly increasing the injector dwell time, whatever) or they want you to spend extra money. I can't say for the BBK but...

I've been using that type of setup for almost 2 years now. No tape or ties just silicone it into the upper half and be rid of the lower. I was also the one who originally suggested the "hole" mod, this was to S. Matsushige long, long ago.

I agree... if the insides are black then it's either gone or not working. I used carb cleaner on mine and have had no problems at all(on my stock one).

Kris think about 4.56's... I went from 3.55's to 4.10's and wish I would've gone with 4.56's because I plan on running 33's when I wear out my 31's. The 4.10's are great for 31's but... sometimes excess is best put the limits to the test!

I'm not sure about '97 models but... if it has a Throttle valve cable then check/adjust it. Mine is adjustable on the driver's side at the firewall.

I haven't been curious enough to call Truck performance but their site also says "2-3 hours" for the install. That sounds really low to me considering the fact that you have to remove the intake manifold, etc...

It is indeed a resonator... every one I've looked under had the same basic setup as if the 30"x 8" muffler wasn't enough!! The exhaust from the cat back weighs alot, it surprised me when I removed mine and installed the Flowmaster. Resonators are supposed to improve tonal quality and remove...

Nope, it's still not out yet... It's been "coming out in a few weeks" for over 2 years now. Everything you need comes with the kits(at least Vortech), larger TB's and MAS's will help but aren't necessary.
