dam, this is gonna take some real enginuity. So i'll put in 3"tkeys unless some1 knows of bigger than 3"tkeys, and gas shocks or coilovers to lift another inch or two, so thats like 5" lift 2 1/2" more than now but it will still b like 4" lower in front, than back still with shackles n SOA...

I also am wondering about a 2" body lift, i heard if you do a 2 and not a 3 you dont have to extend things or bracket things, thats is another question i have.

99 explorer sport TT and Custom Shackles and bigger tires(275/70/16) i've already done. Now i want to SOA for 5" more in back but front? i heard you shouldnt do a torsion key with a TT, will it be that bad? Well thats my problem, atleast 4" more if not 5 in front to match SOA 5" lift in back...

New Gas Tank will fix problem next weekend, the fuel filter i just put in 3months ago already clogged and making truck dog out again, the fuel tank is rotten inside, and clogged, sock, screen, net or whatever u prefer to call it.

i read a few threads here recently but couldnt sign in, their problems were also gas tank probs., seems to be happening to alot of people now

Only took a year for me to figure out, but yeah, u had to change fuel filter and found out it was dirty, still ran not so good, bad gas mileage, no hp at 55mph,......your gas tank is F'ed, replacing mine next weekend, hopefully my new fuel injectors arent f'ed already, rockauto $200 gas tank...

injectors stopped all the exhaust smoking and stopped the engine stumbling when stepping on gas, couple injectors were clogged,... still has codes after $600+ of repairs

thats why i had to change o2sensor because of all the extra gas, it drips out my tail pipe, so hopeing cats dont start to go, truck is running worse and gas mileage, its just dumping gas in there and even on take off it takes a second to kick in you know like when a engine gets too much air or...

had no time yet to install, should be this weekend hopefully

the dummy light flashed in 1 of my explorers it was the coil

my injectors are gray/white, which are california injectors, the orange are federal, i ordered the right ones to be here monday

that dont sound like mine, if mine had that high of pressure (mine 42) it would be the fuel pump is my problem for excess gas getting through injector

my gas was clear during tests and on sparkplugs, constant pressure of 42 didnt take motor back apart to look at color of injectors yet. most the time its only if the vehicle was originally sold new in california would it have to meet that laws.

because it states federal and california, because it has the word or name california, to go with california, usually most vehicles have one or other but for both to be listed should go with california i never seen a vehicle before with both and alot of people told me to go with california...

i have driven it around and reset computer and light still came on, i disconnected once already hopeing the excess fuel would clean out from before with new coil but light still came on again.....$248 or 275 for 6 injectors gotta make sure i'm getting right injectors

under the hood in white stickers, it will say it will meet federal or california emissions because there is 2 different fuel injectors about $10difference each, how you know for certain which one to get, mine says it meets blah blah and california emissions, is it the other or ca;ifornia emissions?

yeah i see what your saying, but gasoline was found on 4 different cylinder spark plugs, 1 spark plug literally had to whip it around or flick it to get the gas out of the spark plug

you replaced your coil?

worst news i heard yet, the heads on these trucks are starting to crack, leaking antifreeze, would be like leaking around 1gallon of antifreeze every 3kmiles and the sparkplugs might have some stuff on it, i guess the heads are starting to be a problem on these trucks....not on my truck yet

so switched coils from other explorer i have same year engine, brand new coil on that last nite while the other one was in garage so its switched and seeing if my coil on that truck makes light come on, if it dont its injectors but still could also be coil for both could be wrong was also...

computer trying to compensate and thats why it reads lean, the o2 sensors are fine so its not telling to dump more gas in 4cylinders, and the fuel pump has no shorts or over pressure to shoot extra gas through injector i think both coil and injectors are gone dont know just yet.... inside...
