Is there somewhere besides a dealer to get inside door handles for a 92 XLT? These are the handles used to unlatch and open the door, not to grab and close the door or the armrests.

Thanks for the reality check. I'll go ahead and get a Dorman and install it myself. I'm going to pull the radiator and replace it while I'm under there too.

My 92 was broken into a while back and I'm looking for drawings or pictures of how the door linkages align and attach. My aftermarket manuals don't show much.

92 XLT that used to eat serp belts I got tired of the too many replacements of the belts. The belts always had the front rib chewed off. I went to the local AZ and got the same length belt that was just over a mm narrower and the problem has gone away.

This pump's had a nagging little leak for a while so I don't mind replacing it. I haven't tried anything more than looking at the balancer when running to see if it shifts when reving. Mike

I want to help out a 1992 4.0 OHV a little. My wife drives it mostly and she won't tolerate the loud sounds and I have to keep the driveablilty reasonable. My first guesses are air intake and a cat back system. I've already pulled the resonator. Mike

When I put the belt on yesterday I moved the tensioner with a 12 inch 3/8 drive ratchet, one handed. I think there lies the problem, a worn out tensioner. Thanks for all the help guys. Mike
