It's not the deductible. You get the points on the total cost of the repair. I earned points on the $5,400 it cost to do the trans repair because the ESP paid it, not the factory warranty.

Heat comes out the floor in the 2nd and 3rd row, the vents in the ceiling ar for the AC. So that is why I asked where exactly do they expect the heat to come out.

I have had 2 replaced last week, 1 replaced last hear and my 4th just started to go out. Fortunately every time, I've waited for a different issue to pay the same $50 deductible. My trans is currently being rebuilt with 112k on it so my 4th one is being replaced at the same time.

Call Ford and start a case. If a Ford dealer hasn't diagnosed it, Ford will not consider any help until a dealer does.

Completely agree. Updates have been for stability, never feature related which is pathetic. You can't tell me in 5 years, Ford couldn't update any additional features or better layouts.

When a new battery is installed, the BMS needs to be reset, if it wasn't, it csn behave the same way. Follow the steps linked above. I get the same message as you and have been for years.. 95k on original battery. I have a dash cam that records when vehicle is off so that causes the message...

Which TSB did they perform? Mine was reflashed and the shifting is fantastic now. My paperwork is home and won't be back till Sunday to see the TSB number.

What? I never said anything about Lane Keeping. I spoke about Lane Centering and only mentioned that in my post.

HUGE improvement with Bluecruise over ACC with lane centering. ACC/Lane Centering is like a ping pong going side to side trying to stay in the lane. Bluecruise, there is no ping pong effect.. it's laser focused and just stays dead straight in the lane.
