    No intermittent wipers

    I just bought an hho system from www.mileageshop.com. Its a single cell unit. I havent had time to get it hooked up. Im hoping this weekend. I spoke to a guy that made his own and was averaging 20 mpg's city!! Im hoping to get the same with this unit.
