    Its not the knock sensor connector, in the pic Dale put up, its shown rite under the pcm connector, its black and round.

    Ok I looked at the pic closer (alot closer) its not connected in that pic either its sitting on the valve cover by the breather tube kinda hard to see, but I'm using a phone to look

    I just pulled the upper intake to look better, there are no wires I missed up there. IRS only long enough to reach the line that goes from the valve cover to the intake air duct

    can someone post a pic of the upper manifold (passenger side) i need to figure out where the vacuum lines go, im reinstalling my 4.0 sohc motor and im stumped on the vac line routing thanks alot

    I did install the tool on the cam (is slides down from the top) but it wasn't flush with the top of the tool that bolted to the head, I will tighten the remaining bolts and rotate the crankshaft 1 full rotation to bring me to tdc on compression and check to make sure everything lines up properly...

    that rules out wheel bearings:thumbsup: id flush the system out, you may have contaminats in the fluid, thats the cheapest option and a starting point

    150 bucks for a diagnostic fee is alot of $$ You can buy the obd II diagnostic for less than that. And ya have it forever The tool I bought cost 135 and it monitors everything while running then gives me a report when I hit the button

    ill be replacing everything in the kit, tensioners, guides,sprockets, and chains the motor is at tdc #1 on compression stroke i pulled the crank pulley and front timing cover off found the broken parts, currently i have front cover back on so i could line up the timing marks im guessing...
