    Ran fine, now won't start!

Hi All! '93 Navajo left me stranded this morning! Always starts never a problem. Facts: New tank of gas last night, drove ~100 miles. Tried to start this morning, heard pump start and prime and it just cranked! Shot some starting fluid into the intake and it ran for a few seconds. Surely a fuel...

    Replacing the clutch.

I have done many clutches in many vehicles but never an explorer. Is it easier to pull the transmission and transfer case together or split them like the manual states? I splurged and bought myself a lift a few months ago so clearance and room for working is no problem. Thanks! Todd

I will try to jump it but it won't start until I disconnect the battery and then reconnect it while I'm trying...

    Clutch bleeding

Clutch bled! Thanks for the replies! I found the bleed procedure in the tips section, followed it and it worked! I think the secret is to remove the quick connect from the tranny and bleed the offending air from the loop above it. This started out as a cure for a grinding shift. If you have...

    Clutch bleeding

Please help! I'm having a heck of a time bleeding my clutch! That bleeder is the stupidest thing I ever saw! How do you get a hose to fit that thing? Any suggestions? Procedure wise, do I follow the Haynes manual instructions or does someone have a better way? TJ
