    Blower motor (I think) just died

    I just had the same thing happen with mine, was working fine and just died. Mine was the blower motor, got a new one for about $40 from the auto parts store. Swap was really easy as well, there is a thread here on changing it.

    Thanks! I will crawl under there as well but just wanted a confirmation, it has been -40c here for the last week or so and my space to work on vehicles is unheated. Warming up now so I can take a look this week.

    Low voltage issue

    As I said in my above post I had the low volt at idle/normal while driving symptom and delayed changing my alternator, which ended up costing me a battery along with the alt in the end. I would change that alt out.

    95 XLT Speedo Bounce, replaced VSS and driven gear, still bounces.

    Next to replace is the drive gear I guess? Going to look at the wiring tomorrow as well. Speedo is erratic, doesn't read below 60km/h which is making the tranny not shift right. The VSS was most likely fine as the driven gear was pretty worn, didn't order the drive gear ahead of time as I do...

    Hey all couple questions/concerns. I have a stall/rough idle problem that existed when I bought my 95 used. I cleaned all the sensors and the issue seemed to go away for awhile but it is back, other than the check engine light...it has not come back on. So no CEL but I do have the OD off light...

    New to the X club

    Thanks! I have looked into most of them, trying to decide a course of action. Think I will start with adjusting the TPS as it is sending 1.10 volts at idle which is over the recommended .95-.97 I believe I read on here. Lots of info to look through. Thanks again.
