Burning oil, aka "Sulfur smell" TSB FAILED

Finally got a chance to test out the fix. Much to my dismay, it failed to cure the exhaust entering into the cabin. Punched it entering the freeway, settled on 65 miles per hour and then just like always, smell enters the cabin with recirculation on. It was at the dealer another 8 days all...

API module being replaced, should I be...

Ex was in for creaky front suspension, exhaust TSB as well as transmission bump TSB. After everything had been done, they decided to update my Sync to the latest and greatest version. Well, it appears that they got the black screen of death half way through. They are now replacing the API...

The A pillar is not the problem, see invoice

I had the A pillar fix done and it did not cure the buzzing/humming sound that materializes at freeway speeds. After extensive testing by the crew at South Bay Ford in Torrance, CA, this is how they fixed it. It was that large plastic cowl that runs the length of the bottom of the windshield...

The sulphur smell cannot be fixed, see invoice

After the third visit to the dealer in 10 months and 3 full weeks at the dealer at the last visit, this is the final determination of what is poisoning myself and my family. Yes, the air conditioning systems is recirculating exhaust into the passenger cabin. See invoice attached.

Is there a fix for the burning smell or not?

I've taken it to the dealer twice and they say, we can repeat it. I've asked Cory if there is a fix and he said sorry I'm not a technician. WFT am I supposed to do? How many more times am I supposed to subject my wife and baby to the smell of burning oil, grease, plastic, whatever it is...

My transmission air duct fell off

I would like to know if the engineer / designer that decided to put (3) 1/4 turn wing nuts holding a 20 lb metal air duct is still employed by Ford. I wonder if he is he the same guy that designed the third row button panel. Those wing nuts twist with no resistance or tension. So now before...

    HID light cleaning

Anyone happen to know how I can clean this? http://i1254.photobucket.com/albums/hh618/gpzrider1/IMAG0383.jpg Looks like during assembly, someone with a rather greasy finger put a big smudge on my HID lens. It is not causing any lighting issue but I assume that just like a halogen bulb, if...

High pitched vibration / humming sound

So, coming back from Mammoth this weekend I encountered a little problem. For about 50 miles the front windshield / A pillar area sounded like someone was blowing a single note from a harmonica. Is this what the A pillar rattle sounds like?
