Thanks Dave...the exploder is nearly out of used car warranty, so i might have it checked out by the ford dealer, though hopefully its just tires with a bit of luck!!!! Now I just have to put up with the groaning suspension !!! Thanks again Dave!

Do u know how many results u get 4 a search on front end noise??????? 400 and still counting!!!!!! My '97 XLT is making a noise, at all speeds, when going in any direction that sounds like I have these real bad flat spots in my front tires, u can just feel it thru the steering wheel and pedals...

hey adam, is that the deep profile console? I was looking at getting one like that from department of the interior to put my uhf in, and with the storage compartment with the elastic netting, seeing that there arent really alot of places for storage in the X . Check out this site for roof...

HELP!!....got the windows tinted in my X, not only are they not as dark as I wanted :( , 2 windows are going to be re-done on monday because of ripples around the back window and the amount of dust under another! The question I have , is that around the edge of the front and rear windows...

I got a recall letter but it was only for a bolt in the seat, not actually for the recliner mechanism though. A new seat for that price.....I wish:rolleyes: .....not in the land of OZ mate! Anyone in Australia had any luck getting a free one out of Ford Australia, or is/has there been a recall...

Seems like a silly question, but I got all exited and started cleaning out my x after a bit of off road work, and where the sun visors for the windscreen pivot and clip in, there are these aother "bits" that look like something else can be attatched just in front and below the visors at the top...
