I replaced the left rear window regulator in my 02 Explorer in under 2 hours. Hardest part was drilling out the rivet holding the window to the regulator. I'd recommend anyone who wants to change the regulator to purchase a replacement regulator w/ the motor. I got mine at Amazon for under $90.
