I got my ST back from the dealer today, apparently the genius service advisor I spoke to on the phone had no idea what he was talking about, there is no aux battery in the rear of that 2020 ST. The techs did their thing and traced the error code to a faulty Active Grill Shutter Wiring Harness...

I spoke to the "service advisor" at the dealer, they setup the appointment and said they will also check the aux battery, I had no idea these cars had "aux batteries" and apparently it's located by the factory subwoofer. Will keep you posted.

I didn’t have the issues with the car dying but I did have transmission issues including the car clunking every time Ininto park I posted this in another thread, Back in August I had transmission issues with my ST as well including the car clunking into park every time I would shift into park...

So here’s the update, truck was finally finished today. Seems like they replaced the transmission, they replaced the back up camera, oil change and Sync Update. We’ll see how she rides, hope this helps anyone else having the same issues.

How's it going everyone, curious as to how you made out since your repair? I too had to drop off my ST at the dealer about 3 weeks ago. My back up camera was once again blue after the TSB was performed (they updated the software first time around), I also started having the hard downshift issue...

I have the same issues on my '20 ST. Just scheduled an appointment with the dealer and had them refer to the TSB stated above. Will keep you guys posted.

Audio Control makes excellent amps, I had my guys install the D-6.1200 ...has a built in DSP. You will need a NavTV Zen A2B interface to integrate any amps to the oem stereo.

Hey all, the rearview camera in my '20 ST started to get the blue screen as well. Happens randomly and like iTonyP stated you turn off the car, turn it back on and voila it comes back. Happened to me 3 times in the last 2 months, no common weather or events to link the occurrences. Time to phone...

Hey just curious as to what was the outcome with the white smoke issue?

I had a 17 Sport that was blowing white smoke pretty bad. The dealer replaced the PCV Elbow assembly and the PCM was reprogrammed. Service bulletin for that issue was TSB# 17-2255. Never had anymore issues after that. Hope it helps!!!

So I got my truck wrapped in Xpel and Ceramic Pro (Gold Package) Ceramic Coated as well. Not going to lie it was pretty expensive but man was it worth it. Still undecided wether or not I'm going to have them put the EXPLORER hood badging back on.

Yes they do. Check out Five Star Car Stereo on YouTube or do a YouTube search for Raptor Audison. They do a full install soup to nuts, love their vids. Check them out. Will do a full upgrade on my stereo some time this summer. Will keep you all posted.

Ok, so I just spoke to my service dept. The PCV Elbow assembly was replaced and the PCM was reprogrammed. There was a service bulletin out for that issue, TSB# 17-2255. Like I said, once that work was done I never had another issue with the white smoke...hope this helps!!!

Yes, if I remember correctly they re-progammed one of the modules. I can call them tomorrow and get back to you. Whatever they did I never had another issue with that.
