I have a 2001 Explorer XLT.
The blower motor does not work AT ALL UNLESS I hit a bump, then it kicks on.
I replaced the blower motor resistor thinking this was the fix. It was not.
The fuses and relay seem ok.
Once the blower motor turns on it can stay on for a day or a few days...
