The 2003 Explorer Sport we got for the kids does not have the fuel cap tether attached. There is a hole on the rim of the assembly where the fuel filler is and I'm assuming Ford had a plastic pin there. Can anyone confirm or post a picture of how the cap's tether attaches to the fuel filler...
