    Solved My transmission shifts hard after battery replacement.

    2011 explorer 4wd limited Battery died went to auto store had new battery installed now suv hard shifts between gears ?? Never had the issue before battery replaced....

    THUMP when shifted into reverse

    This just happened while backing out of a parking spot. I had my foot on the brake, shifted from PARK to REVERSE and a loud THUMP was felt as it engaged. All worked normal when shifting down to DRIVE. I put it in PARK again, foot on brake shifted into REVERSE (to see if i could duplicate issue)...

    Map upgrade A6 ISSUE

    Just received my new A6 sd card. I removed the A3 card and inserted the new A6. Now what ?? Nothing happened. Sync is still showing A3 as the active map. Did i miss a step somewhere??

    I have a 2011 Exp Limited with NAV, what is the latest SD card upgrade for my SUV? I see A3 A4 A5 SD cards but I do not know which I should buy. Any help out there?
