    well, i assume you mean the front spring perches for the coil springs, and if they are attached in some other way....bolts i guess, then i dont see why you would need to weld them, if they are not attached in any other way, then yes definately weld them on. -jonathan

    Front Reciever Hitch or Tow Hooks?

    if you are going to get a new custom bumper then i think that a tow hook would be your best bet, they are very cheap and work just as well as a receiver hitch to get you unstuck. the only advantage to the hitch is that you could use if for a multimount winch, but here again if you get a custom...
