It's a full 3" exhaust and the pipe goes to a 4". I'm happy with the overall performance... I had a new "y" pipe made, 2.5" from each manifold, into a 3", which went to a 3" highflow cat and then to the 3" muffler.

The tip really isn't all that bad, it's the way it sits from passenger side view. Sticks out too far. Monday it's going back to the shop to have it pushed in about 2". I'll post the updated pics when i get it done.

Here's a couple shot's of the new exhaust and the truck lowered from a distance. The tip is a shows a bit too much for my liking, but it's ok. I'll try to get a video up. And nope, that's not me driving :) P.S. Exhaust 2, i tried to show the 3" pipe but it didn't work out all that well.

Aright, i brought it into the shop and a new exhaust is going on from the manifolds back. I have bought new catalytic converter, just wanted to make sure the guy knew where to put it.

This would be on an SOHC.... Same thing?

2 in the manifolds..... Where would the other 2 be?

Hello, I have an 01 Explorer sport. How many O2 sensors do i have in the stock exhaust?

If I keep it in 2wd i'm all set. When the winter rolls around, the stock wheels will go back on and all 4 tires will be the same.

I used the eaton MP62 blower. Check out www.explorerexpress.com They have a bolt on kit :)

The blower has a bypass valve on it, so when your not hard on the throttle, it will stay in vacuum. So, you can accelarate to any speed with out even putting motor into boost. And then when you hammer on it, the bypass turns off, and away you go! With the blower i get 19MPG on the highway...

Oh, it will happen. All the kiddies are hiding because of the weather.... But they'll be some kills up here :)

I was hesitant at first, but i'm certainly glad i bought the kit. I put a LS in the rear, have a few more upgrades to do, but the thing is a lot more fun to drive.... And nothing beats stomping on and watching some punks eyes go the size of half dollars... :)

2" blocks in the rear, and did a TT on the front end. It has a slight rake right now which i really like. Come summer it will have 18" Saleen wheels with 275/40's on the back and 245/45's on the front.

How much fluid should it take to fill a 8.8" rear diff.?

Absoutley i'll take sometime to explain. #1: The kit came with EVERYTHING, and i mean everything you'd need to install. Blots, adapters, gaskets and a very extensive intructions manual. #2: The kit was fairly easy to install besides getting the 2 back bolts in as it's real tight against...

www.supersixmotorsports.com Workin on heads and cams now. Yeah, dyno'ed 74rwhp per EE, so running anohter 2 lbs of boost i should get a bit more. I still have the stock exhaust on right now, which is choking everything.

Not yet, we don't have an abundance of dynos in the area. We did however G-Tech the truck with about 500 extra LBS and got a 0-60 in 6.1 secs and a 1/4 time of 14.7. Not too shabby.

I haven't had any problems yet. Doug has hooked me up with not only a great product, but numerous programs to my needs. I'll take some exterior shots tomorrow at work, the truck is dirty because of the recent snow storm... It's Tan/Tan leather. We just lowered it today 2" all the way...

Hello Everyone, I'm new here. I have a 2001 Explorer Sport with a supercharged 4.0 SOHC.... I'm looking to get a new exhaust welded up, and i'm looking for some underbody shots of an explorer where the headers come down into the cats etc... Does anyone have any?
