Their is an update for the chain tentioner (sp?), go to the dealer and see if it has been installed, if not have them install it. (I think it is free, dont remember, only one of mine has the update) Their is nothing wring with the chain or anything, it is that the tentioner (sp?) looses pressure...

The dealer can shut if off. I think their is a way in the owners manual, you have to cycle the key and do some other stuff. I had the dealer turn it off in my super duty.

The seal on the sunroof is not meant to be "waterproof" it is intended to keep most of the water out, their are 4 drains, one at each corner, that carry the water away, one of yours is most likely clogged.

The kit does put more stress on the front driveshaft, but not the cv joints.

Can you put the 4wd transfercase in our AWD X's?

The 5.0 AWD is full time AWD. The system does not go in and out of gear. The system is not like the "auto" on the 4.0. It is a constant 40/60 split all the time, dry pavement or snow. I have the 5.0 AWD and a 4.0 Limited 4wd and the systems are very different. You can tell and feel when the 4.0...

They dont have low range but they have the V8 to make up for it, what are some of the opinions out there? Mine has the limited slip from the factory and it does very well in situations I have had it in.

I use POR 15. (also am a dealer) Seals the rust and stops it permanently, it really does work to.

Superlift says that the front driveshaft will ware out in about 30,000. Is this true? I am about to install the system and I am wondering if i should buy their driveshaft.

My warrior shakles are rusting like no tomorrow. :(
