Rear wiper motor requires persuasion
Maybe you could try the you know a guide or the stop that puts the wiper in the position. Maybe somehow try to get that guide up so the wiper doesn't stay on the window and not going to that Gap. And if you wanted to open the window.- Chris1973

No sound from stereo. Amp bypass?
Did you have the premium system with the amplifier and 8-in sub? You have to find that out first and then if it does have that there is a wiring kit to take it from the premium stock engine to your new head unit it'll bypass the rear controllers I still use the sub and amplifier but it'll work- Chris1973

Rear wiper motor requires persuasion
I have a 2000 Ford explorer with the 5 l. I had to replace the actual rear window wiper motor. Pretty easy to replace the motor. Sounds like you have to hit it to make it work. Sounds like the windings are gone so the motor is gone.- Chris1973

Any squeaky passenger front windows?
Ll if you say it sounds like tires squealing. It could either be the regulator is just a totally rusted or to season a couple areas or electric motors I'm a master electrician by trade electric motors when they get debris dust in them can kind of whine like that too so try cleaning out the motor...- Chris1973

Removing window motor
You don't have to remove the window. I replaced my motor and regulator on my 2000 explorer. And if you are replacing the motor you might as well replace the regulator. You can get I got mine on Amazon for like 40 bucks for both and it was perfect. And the motor is obviously bolted to the...- Chris1973

Any squeaky passenger front windows?
I have a 2000 Ford explorer. With my panels it's just two screws right above the door handle latch and then clips that hold it top bottom side and it's pretty easy to get off. A lot of the clips will break but you'll see what you need to get and you can get those clips- Chris1973

Taking door panels off to install speakers
I never had that problem. But I've taken my door panels off many of times. I don't know the exact layout of the latches. But there's a lot of linkage involved and I know my driver side door lock doesn't work but I could care less about that. But I would just take a look at the linkage baby...- Chris1973

Taking door panels off to install speakers
I had to take both my door panels off. It's actually pretty easy. I have a 2000 explorer XLT so I don't know if it's totally different but all it was is removing two screws at the actual latch on the inside and then just the clips there's a bunch of pushing clips that you know some might break...- Chris1973

I had the same issue too. I just pulled the door panel and greased all the pivot points on the regulator. And actually had to clean out the top where it hits the weather stripping. And hasn't squeaked since- Chris1973

replacement subwoofer
You can't put a real high-end sub. There isn't enough room for a air and test it won't work with the factory with the Ford amp. What I actually did was but I bought a 8 in ported enclosure and then 8-in pile sub and still use the Ford amplifier. And it sounded a thousand percent better.- Chris1973
