I checked for leaks and there aren't any. Felt around all joined pipes and didn't feel anything. As far as the cats, he had it done at a muffler shop but I'm not sure if they're aftermarket or not.

That's what I was thinking but the owner just had new cats installed and I can't hear anything but I'll crawl under it and check. No leaks and it has new 02 sensors on it.

Ok, I'm at my wits end with it now! Just filled it up and reset the codes and did a "driving cycle" that's supposed to get the fuel monitor ready and I got a p013a pending code now! 02sensor slow response rich to lean B1S2 I'm assuming this might be tied in to the fuel system monitor?

Thanks. Yeah, they said it'll pass with only the Evap not ready. I just have to get it to pass the fuel system test then I can get it tested. I'll read up on it and see what I can do to get it "ready" And I'll just keep the tank full to get it to bypass the Evap test.

Anyone know why the fuel system sensor saying it isn't ready? What do I have to do to get it ready? Since it takes a while for Evap tests to complete if I can get the fuel system ready, I can run the vehicle down to get the emissions to pass since I can have 1 monitor "not ready"

Fool the IAT sensor? What does that do? And how do I do that? Also I just checked smog readiness and see there's 2 tests not completed one evap of course and the other fuel? I got a code a while back P2068 fuel level sensor "b" circuit high? Hasn't come back as pending for quite a while though...
