Hi Doug.. thanks for the offer.. you are correct, the base 87 SCT doesnt add much timing.. I went and modified the timing tables to something closer to the base 91 tune and experienced zero knock... as you know, the stock program was around 15degrees and I ended up around 19degrees...

no, we made 202 with computer tuning on 87 octane.. yes, i did record a/f.... prior to chip'n the ranger, the a/f was 13.2 at the beginning of the run and tapered off to 12.0 at the top of the pass... after i played with the timing tables and MAF transfer function, it was 13.0 all the way...
