I am trying to install a TransGo shift kit in my A4ld tranny. However I cant seem to get the valves out of the valve body to change the springs. Has anybody had this problem or installed this kit? Any help would be great. Thanks 92 XLT 4x4 mildly modified

OK we got the tranny problem solved, however in the fire all of the vaccum hoses were melted and I cant tell were they all go. I was wondering if anyone could take a look at thier Explorer and tell me where the small vaccum hoses coming off of the intake manifold on the driver's side are...

My explorer had an engine fire and either the engine or the tranny is locked up. The tranny overheated(black fluid) and a massive transmission fluid leak was the cause of the fire. I think its the tranny and torque conveter that are locked. No engine oil leaked and there isnt any metal pieces...

I have lifted my 92 explorer about 1.75" with add aleafs and coil spring spacers. I now run stock shocks and I am about to get some new ones do you guys think I would need to get slightly longer shocks. Also anybody ot there run ProComp Shocks, if so how do they preform. Thanks

Ive got a 92 Explorer with about a 1.75" lift(add a leafs and coil spring spacers) Do you guys think I could fit 32"/11.5/15 BFG ATs with a 2" body lift or would I have to go with the 3" body lift. Also would the 32" tires fit on my 15" by 7" rims. They are the factory upgraded models(look like...
