so my 2002 awd eddie bauers transfer case is blown.. When it engages in 4wd hi or low you can't turn the wheel without the car jumping. I took to a shop and they told me that the transfer case is bad and wont fully engage. Im pretty pissed as the part is $1700, anyone have any leads on used...

I currently have an EB 2002 with a class II hitch, Id like to upgrade to a class III but from what I have read you have to only get the factory ford hitch due to bumper support? Is there any other hitch out ther except for the $500 ford one? Does anyone have a ford part number? thanks nate

Well my one week old explorer is dead, I have lost reverse and I only have first gear. Its a 02 4.6L awd, any ideas before I take it to a shop? thanks Nate

New member here, just purchased a 02 explorer eddie bauer with the v8 awd. Looking at the rancho lift says it won't work with awd does anyone know why? Also does anyone have any real world RWHP gains on the shorty headers. This explorer needs a little more power! :us:
