i took my chassie to its first show this past weekend. (southeastern mini truckin' nationals.) i met a few of you guys up there, had a blast, enjoyed the conversations! awesome show if anyone in the mini truck scene is thinking about going next year. later.

thats the exact same thing i have in my explorer, on 2 five gallon tanks, i wouldnt choose any other brand to be honest bro. viair is the way to go in my book.

does the anti dive have anything to do with the rear end of the truck kicking up in the air during harsh breaking? idk man, i just dont understand why so many people have done reverse 4 links before...and still do. if it was that bad i would think no one would do then right?

im gonna change the name of this thread to "lets knock the rear set up of a 19 yr. old kid" i did a reverse four link because I WANTED TO. i dont care if its the worst set up in the world. im not building a race car... just a weekend warrior mini truck. ok?! i was thinking... toyota engineered...

btw all the link tabs are hand made. i thought they turned out pretty good

we did the links like that because we dont have a tubing bender. we pie cut the tubing, bend it by hand and then re-weld it. only working with what we have bro. you cant get that much of an angle pie cutting them and re welding it. it wants to kink and look like ish. ya know.

on my explorer i have two viair 480s and i love them, they are a little on the expensive side but worth it. on my sonoma i have two 380s and they are just a good, little slower on the fill time but great never the less. either is a great choice. its up to you. i wanna see your back seat too!!!

i'd probably just buy a dual pack of compressors and redo all the wireing to be honest. better safe than sorry.

yea, you can run another compressor as long as you have an unused port on your tank.

the compressors could deff. account for the slow fill time! i would recomend trying out a set of viair 380's or 480s. also i agree with slammedx, check valves are a great and wise investment. i have them on both my trucks. i've ran viairs for the past 4 years and i love em. well worth the money...

oh ok thanks. i did the reverse four link so i can keep my back seats. when the truck was just bagged i had a unsightly four link (forward facing). the upper bars bolted to a tubeular xmember. the floor got raised up and i only had the two front seats. it was pretty lame and un-nessacary. so...
