I just changed the rockers out all brand new. As for the valve that means tearing down the whole top end again! I guess I could do a compression test to find it. I did look over the heads when I had them off and they didn't show anything out of the ordanary.

But i changed the rocker arm assembly out with a new one with new rods and everything and it still does it

So would that sort of problem be involved with my coil pack?

I've owned my Ex for about a year now and ever since I've owned it it has had this ticking or tapping noise. I've tried everything from different gas, cleaning the maf, tearing the whole top end off to check the lifters(which I replaced two of them), seafoam, thin oil, thick oil, new plugs...

I just scanned my computer and it came up with codes 41 and 69 which one says neutral switch failure, and the other says something about the NOS2 not switching? Help! Snow is almost here!

ok just to let everyone know, I just finished putting in the transco kit along with the sonnaco booster valve and a new flywheel along with 7 qts of royal purple. She lives again! This tranny has never shifted better! I just want to thank everyone for all their help this site has so much useful...

Thanks BrooklynBay. I looked into it and ordered the Transgo Kit along with a few sonnax parts. Hope this works I'll keep everyone informed on what happens.

Well I put my engine back in after changing all the seals and gaskets and now my tranny doesn't shift. I did take the pan off and change the filter along with new fluid in the tranny and TC. So I took a look at the vacume lines and found that the one on the side of the tranny was disconnected...

well the metal on metal sound was involved with the starter and thats gone but I need to replace the flywheel now... broke about six teeth off. As for the tranny I did find that the hose was disconnected plugged that back in checked the fluid again and still nothing! It goes in park but nothing...
