    excellent, thanks procyon :) I'm sure the dealer would much rather have me pay the big $$$ and have the job done by them, instead of me buying the alignment tool and doing the job myself. this has to be the suckiest repair I've done so far on my X thanks again :D

    Has anyone here ever replaced the CMP (camshaft sensor) & Synchronizer ? I got the parts but it says I need an alignment tool, I called Ford and they don't sell it. They told me to call Snap-On or other large tool distributor. So far I've had no luck .... Is there another way of doing...
