So I had been wanting to do it for a long time, but the opportunity hadn't presented itself...
Last sunday I decided to do it by myself and OMG I almost cried, I thought 30 min to 1 hour would be enough time; and after pounding & pulling for more than 5 hours I thought my arms were gonna fall, but I had past the point of no return...
So I got these off of ebay:

Here's the truck after TT and installing above shackles:
Driver's side:
Pass side
You can see how warped this one was :S
Overall I got ~ 1.5 inches
