•Now iPhone users can use Siri® Eyes Free with SYNC® with MyFord Touch®. With simple voice commands, SYNC® with MyFord Touch® enables you to operate the iPhone and SYNC® together. Siri® Eyes Free can be activated by pressing and holding the voice button for at least 3 seconds.

Secure, simple phone pairing:
•Phone pairing is now easier.

Automatic reconnection:
•If your phone disconnects, SYNC® with MyFord Touch® will automatically reconnect it.

Easier entry of destinations for China:
•Now SYNC® with MyFord Touch® allows for easier entry of destinations.

It is on the new 15/16 models built as of early/mid Sept. Not sure if it is all models or just select ones but Explorer/Taurus/F150 are included. No user update yet.

It says My Ford Touch.......SYNC3 dropped the My Ford Touch naming to distance itself from the reputation.

Just spoke to one of my contacts who says he upgraded his 13 Escape to v3.8 over a month ago.

My SYNCMYRIDE account shows me v3.7 is up to date.

3.8 update is available on SYNCMYRIDE.COM as of today for all years as far as I know.

The biggie is that it is for 2011-2013 as well as 2014+ not just 2014+ that 3.7 was. Huge for those with 11-13 models!

It does have different language packs available if upgraded through the dealer process. Installation can also be manipulated to install a different language pack during an update.

Checked...it doesn't appear they have anything than the standard English pack. It may be be possible to use a language pack from 3.7 but that would take testing. Interesting that I don't see other language packs as a selection. Can't imagine they are just sticking with that one language pack.

Well now this is really weird, I checked for a different vehicle and additional language packs for 3.8 showed up....ugh lol. So yes they are there.
