    hi there, so when i bought my 97 explorer the previous owner said that it kept going into 4x4 on its own. because of this they took the front drive shaft out, so i now only have 2wd. i have the drive shaft, but don't know how to put it in and fix the problem. anybody know what i should do? thanks.

    4x4 high makes noise when I only turn right help!?!?

    Ok so last night I put the 4x4 high due to some weather conditions and noticed a noise I haven't heard before. When the truck is in 4x4 auto its fine both sides are fine no noise whatsoever.
