I have a 2013 Explorer with 156k miles on it, I drove 200 miles Saturday morning no issues. Parked it and later than night was going to go somewhere and as soon as I backed up could hear a noise coming from rear. It’s almost like a grinding noise, as soon as I accelerate at all. It happens in reverse and going forward.
I can’t hear it when outside the vehicle! It sounds like it’s coming from rear right side more than anything. I listened right next to back right tire and I hear a slight maybe binding noise.
Thinking it may be a bearing, any thoughts?
