I have a 3rh generation Explorer but will help a friend replace a very noisy blower fan in his 01 Sport Trac. I have searched but only found a post on first generation which is on the firewall inside the engine compartment. Any help on removal and what to replace it with would be appreciated. I do not have access to the truck until I go over to his house so can not figure it out. I do most of the work on mine and use this site constantly. Thanks
