02-05 explorer AUTO TEMP CONVERSION

Has anyone ever converted manuel heater ac control to the auto heater ac control on a 02-05 explorer?, and what it may consist of other than the control head.

yeah you have to change out the blend door actuator, I did it on my 2003 f150 but with the dual climate controls in the Exp. it might be more a pain, i had to change out the wiring and the blend door and add a extra outside sensor, sunload sensor, interior temp sensor, and also I had to switch out the blower motor resistor to the variable control box. hope this helps.
