02 Explorer 4.0 SOHC Rod and Main bearing clearances

This is my first post. I am trying to do some research on my 02 Explorer. I am in need of Rod and Main bearings for my 02 4.0 SOHC. I have a book ordered but if I can get this info right now then I can get started before it gets here.
