02 Explorer 6 disc CD changer stuck

Need help - 6 disc cd changer stuck, won't eject, CD ERROR

Are you sure there's a CD in there to begin with?

I had a cd stuck in my ford factory player(Pioneer 6 cd). I had a friend take out the cd this afternoon (july 4). The player has to be removed from the vehicle and then take a pair of needle nose pliers and gently pull out the cd. After installing the player back into the vehicle, turn on the player, and try it with a cd to see if it will play.

This happens to me once in a while and i just hit the dash board above the radio and try to eject it again and it usually works. I have also used another cd to push the one thats in there back in a try to eject as normal.
