02 Explorer Error Code

Hey guys, I have had a check engine light for about a month. The error code comes back "rear end pressure high". Any idea what it may be. I have searched the forum and done some checks online but can't find anything. Vehicle is an 02 Ford Explorer XLT V6.

Any help is appreciated before I take it in to the shop. Thanks.

What is the actual code?

I didn't write it down Ill have to borrow the code reader again. When I cleared the code it came back on after about 20 minutes out on the highway. No weird sounds or performance issues.
